CELEBRATING OUR STAR STUDENTS
A rare three-way tie highlights excellence, dedication, and academic rigor at MPCS
Mount Pisgah Christian School is proud to recognize three seniors who earned STAR Student distinction this year, an exceptional academic honor awarded to the highest-achieving students across Georgia high schools.
This year’s STAR Students are Sanhita Panse, Adelynn Tuck, and RJ Zeising. In a truly rare outcome, all three students achieved identical qualifying SAT scores in a single test sitting while also ranking among the top students in their graduating class, resulting in a three-way tie for STAR Student at MPCS.
Each STAR Student had the opportunity to select a teacher who has played a meaningful role in their academic journey. Together, these student-teacher pairs represent the depth of scholarship, mentorship, and community that provides steady wisdom and builds authentic connections.

“Adelynn truly shines in the classroom. She diligently seeks knowledge, striving not just to learn, but to deeply understand the world around her. Dedicated, driven, and delightful, Adelynn embodies the brilliance of a STAR student.”
STAR Student: RJ Zeising
STAR Teacher: Patrick Mulrennan

About the STAR Program
The Student Teacher Achievement Recognition program honors students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance. To qualify as a STAR Student, a senior must earn the highest SAT score at their school on a single test date through November of their senior year and rank in the top 10 percent or top 10 students of their class based on grade point average.
STAR Students are also invited to name a STAR Teacher, any Pre-K through 12 classroom teacher in good standing within an accredited Georgia school system or private school. These educators continue alongside their students through each level of the STAR program, underscoring the lasting influence of strong academic mentorship.
Official STAR Student and Teacher guidelines can be found here.
